Payment and Refund Policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
Scope of the Policy and Services Covered
This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital courses, training materials, and related professional resources offered through frontogexa. The services focus on studio production in motion, including studio equipment setup, dynamic camera operation, lighting and sound waves, and creating smooth high-quality workflows for television news and live shows. It covers all transactions made by customers in the United Kingdom for access to online modules, downloadable resources, and subscription-based learning paths. The policy does not extend to third-party products or services purchased outside this platform.
Prices, Currencies, Taxes and Additional Charges
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling and include value added tax at the prevailing UK rate. Additional charges may apply for premium add-ons or extended access periods, which are clearly shown before purchase. No hidden fees are introduced after checkout. Currency conversion for international customers is handled by their payment provider and may incur separate bank charges outside the control of frontogexa.
Accepted Payment Methods, Authorisation and Security
Payments are accepted via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers where available. All transactions are authorised in real time through secure payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS standards. Payment details are never stored on frontogexa servers. Authorisation occurs immediately upon submission, and funds are reserved until the order is confirmed or declined.
Order Confirmation and Contract Formation
A contract is formed once you receive an email confirmation following successful payment. This confirmation outlines the specific course access granted, start date if applicable, and terms of use. Until this point no binding agreement exists, and you may cancel without penalty if payment fails to process correctly.
Cancellation Rights and Applicable Periods
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel digital content purchases if you have not begun accessing the material. For subscriptions, cancellation can occur at any time with no further billing after the current period ends. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the contact form on the Contacts page.
Refund Eligibility, Exclusions and Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are available for unused digital content within the 14-day cooling-off period provided no substantial portion has been accessed. Non-refundable items include completed courses, promotional bundles, and any content downloaded or streamed beyond a reasonable preview. Services already rendered, such as live workshop sessions, are excluded from refund eligibility.
Step-by-Step Procedure to Request a Refund
To request a refund, first log into your account and note the order number. Then use the contact form on the Contacts page to submit your request, including your full name, email address associated with the purchase, order reference, and a brief reason. You will receive an acknowledgement within two working days. Additional information such as proof of purchase may be requested to verify the claim.
Inspection, Approval, Rejection and Notification
Each refund request is reviewed within five working days. Approval is granted if eligibility criteria are met; otherwise a clear explanation of rejection is provided. You will be notified by email at the address on file. If rejected, you may appeal once with additional supporting details within seven days of the decision.
Refund Method, Processing Time and Receipt of Funds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes five to ten working days, after which funds appear in your account within an additional three to five days depending on your bank. For PayPal refunds the timeline is usually shorter. No cash refunds or alternative methods are offered.
Special Rules for Digital Content, Subscriptions and Promotional Offers
Digital content refunds are restricted once streaming or downloading begins, in line with UK law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Promotional offers are subject to the same 14-day period but may have shorter access windows that affect eligibility. No partial refunds are given for partially used subscription periods.
Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks and Suspected Fraud
Failed payments result in immediate suspension of access until resolved. Duplicate charges are investigated and refunded automatically if confirmed. Chargeback requests are treated as potential fraud and may lead to account review or termination. Suspected fraudulent activity is reported to relevant authorities while protecting customer data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Mandatory Consumer Rights That Cannot Be Excluded
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to receive services of satisfactory quality and the right to remedies for faulty digital content. These rights apply regardless of any contrary terms in this document and can be enforced through the UK courts or alternative dispute resolution schemes.
